Kwik Fit Plans Online Electronic Certificates

Kwik Fit plans online electronic certificates to lower costs and provide a faster and more efficient service.

In 2009 the government are beginning to look at developing the law to allow for electronic delivery of car insurance certificates.  Kwik Fit are planning to use a the service so certificates can be send securely via email this will cut costs and allow the high-tech message delivery system to be a profit maker.

The Managing Director of Kwik Fit, Martin Oliver, said "Customers buying online not only demand low prices and high levels of service, but also expect electronic delivery of documentation."

The company believes that around 70 per cent of all its car insurance policies are now bought over the internet and the new techniques will provide a better quicker service with administration costs being cut.
