Insurance Renewal Switching Increasing
Insurance clients are the most likely to switch providers year on year, new research from Professor Stone of Oxford Brookes suggests.
In the last twenty four months, 15 million customers have turned to an alternative provider. The ease of price comparison has helped this wih improving technology helping customers examine more alternatives to their renewal premium. However, a major reason for switching has been revealed to be poor customer service.
Over 20% of product switchers said that bad service was a key reason for their decision.
