Kwik Fit Launches TeaLeaf

Kwik Fit the leading Scottish based UK insurance broker has rolled out Tealeaf technology across it's website.  The technology allows Kwik Fit to better understand the customer journey online and remedy processes on their website in order to improve the experience of Kwik Fit online.

The company already use the technology on parts of their website dealing with motor insurance and have used the analysis of existing client journeys to make significant improvements to the site.

The technology which records page by page how users complete enquiry forms can also be used to combat fraud and several other insurance companies are uing the software.
