This is a UK organisation who are responsible for approving installers of security devices such as immobolisers and alarms fitted to cars. 

If you need high performance car insurance, it is likely that you either have a good immoboliser and alarm or will be required to have one by your insurer.  When fitting a security device, it is common for an insurer to insist that the installer is VSIB approved.

This gives the insurance industry confidence that the device is properly fitted and will perform its function properly.
