Superquote Terms: Site Visits

Many manufacturing insurance quotes require an insurance agent to visit a business before a quote can be offered.

These are referred to as site visits.  Typically an agent will assess a property and business for security, quality, health and safety and other categories.  The information they collect will be used by the underwriters to help assess the business and raise a quote.

Site visits are typical for those needing industrial insurance or commercial combined insurance.
