Superquote Terms - Local Licensing Authorities

Taxi drivers need to make sure they have an up to date licence from their local authority to be able to legally operate.  Usually this includes matters such as the status of the taxi drivers licence, condition of the vehicle and the display of the neccessary documentation in a taxi drivers car.

The Department of Transport, has issued guidelines to each local authority indicating the expected requirements of their taxi drivers.  In London the authority is Transport for London.
