RICS Consultation Document on Transparency on Fees

RICS have produced a consultation document on transparency in professional fees. The document is intented to consult a number of professionals and organisations including those involved in commercial landlord insurance with regard to transparency, inclusing the disclosure of fees.

The document highlights the FSA position on the issue and raises a number of important points in this contentious area.
